Glass fibre-reinforced moulding compounds based on phenol formaldehyde resins with outstanding dimensional stability. Reinforcement with organic fibres is also possible.
RESINOL® and DECAL® moulding compounds distinguish themselves through excellent heat deflection temperature and high mechanical properties. They also demonstrate excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance at high temperatures and dynamic and static loads. You also profit from the low moulding and post shrinkage of our moulding compounds with excellent chemical resistance.
Applications
RESINOL® and DECAL® moulding compounds are ideal components for the automotive and electrical industries with high requirements for dimensional stability, as commutators, brush holders, base bodies for grinding wheels or wheels for baking carriages. They are also perfectly suited for replacing metal materials with regard to weight reduction.
